The sun was just beginning to set when I photographed this granddaddy longlegs spider sitting in our apple tree. It made him look so colorful and brilliant. He was hard to see because he blended in so well with the leaves and bark of the tree.
Leaves

You can see lots of new leaves growing on the trees now. The ones in photo above made such a nice spring photo.

I have always loved photographing leaves. I captured these fresh green hedge leaves yesterday. They made a great spring photograph.

These leaves on our honey suckle vine have exalted themselves above all the rest. They sure do look hansom in front of the clear blue sky.

Our Red-Tip’s (also called Photinia,) beautiful red leaves and tiny white flowers are always sure to brighten up our yard. I photographed these gorgeous leaves yesterday.

How holly tree still has a few of its beautiful red berries left. They look so gorgeous!

These towering apple branches looked so beautiful in front of the clear blue sky. I thought they might make a nice photo.

We had a good many grapes on our grape vine last year and maybe we’ll have even more this year. The grape vine’s big beautiful green leaves put on a wonderful display. I lined the sun up behind these leaves which made them look bright and attractive.

I found these deep green leaves yesterday and though they might make a nice photograph.

I got a good close up shot of these healthy fig leaves. I think our fig trees will produce a good crop this year.

I found this wasp sitting on one of our fig trees leaves. I was able to capture for the first time a good picture of a wasp.
Beside the green and healthy fig leaves, you can see a tiny, baby fig that will be ready to eat in a few months.
